Dr. Schwartz was educated at Indiana University in Bloomington and The University of Chicago. He received his Doctorate at the Illinois College of Optometry and has been practicing since 1985.

Dr. Harzvi received her bachelor's degree at Queens College, CUNY and her Doctorate at the Illinois College of Optometry in 1981.
